Projects

IViL has a range of projects aimed at impacting rural areas positively, and at learning more about rural life. Starting with the very first project of setting up an IKC (Integrated Knowledge Centre) in Natham, a village in Tamil Nadu, to our collaboration with RuTAG (Rural Technology Action Group) for providing technology solutions to rural areas, our projects now span three villages in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu: Natham and Vepampattu in TN and Karijatha in AP. These projects not only aim at impacting various social groups within the villages, but also the volunteers themselves, by providing learning experiences in rural awareness, management and group dynamics.
